Relieve Massager is a subsidiary under the Danish operating company Juul Simonsen Aps, however we do import many of our products from out of the country including ( USA, France, China, Spain and Australia).

Shipping and Delivery:

All orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time is between 14-25 business days, however you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track it every step on the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
